Blue crimes consist of illicit criminal behavior at sea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue Crime: The Evidence Base<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this Evidence Base is to collate and synthesize the available knowledge on each crime. Each entry is organized in an Introduction, Characteristics, Scope, Impact, Linkages and synergies and Responses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authors and Editors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The lead author of the entries is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/scott-edwards-53a3b290\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Scott Edwards<\/a>.
